We are delighted to offer for sale this stunning pair of Charles 2nd high walnut armchairs circa 1900. Beautifully carved and shaped frame with angels, flowers, leaf detail to the arm fronts and rear legs, shaped mid and side stretchers and carved and pierced front stretcher featuring puttees amongst a foliate ground.
They look alike but one is a little bit higher than the other and the shape of the feet are different.
The conditions are good just one of the chairs has a small amount of damage on the side of the seating area which can be restored.
