Very fine original circa 1835 William IV Pollard oak carved fold over card table with JC Patent stamped porcelain castors A William IV pollard oak and carved oak folding tea table, circa 1835, the serpentine shaped folding top opening to twin quarter veneered sections, the shaped frieze with a moulded edge, above a hexagonal baluster shaped upright, above four canted down swept and tapering legs, terminating in acanthus scroll carved feet, brass caps and porcelain castors stamped JC Patent Condition wise we have cleaned waxed and polished it, there will be normal patination from age and use which exactly how you would like to find it Dimensions: Height 74.5cm Width 92cm Depth 46.5cm extending to 92cm Please note all measurements are taken at the widest point Condition Please view the very detailed pictures as they form part of the description around condition Please note vintage period and original items such as leather seating will always have natural patina in the form of cracking creasing and wear, we recommend regular waxing to ensure no moisture is lost, also hand dyed leather is not recommended to sit in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time as it will dry out and fade.
