Vintage Design
This set of six vintage dining chairs was designed by Oswald Haerdtl in the 1950s, famous Austrian designer – together with Mr. Josef Hoffmann he designed the cafe terrace at the Vienna Werkbund Exhibition of 1930, where they designed every little detail from interiors to even cutlery. The chairs are very light in form and comfortable in use. The chairs have been completely restored finished in natural oil that protects the wood and gives it natural and warm finishing touch. This set has been reupholstered in high-quality fabric from Kvadrat, a beautiful melange black woollen fabric that is one of Kvadrat’s best sellers since 1960s. continuously produced till nowadays.
