A piece of beautiful antique textile fragments from China, circa 19th century Qing dynasty, artistically displayed in a giltwood frame with contrasting teal blue color cloth matts. Originally it was an embroidered panel of a wedding skirt worn by Manchurian bride, the design of a flower arrangement in basket was cut out and presented in a very elegant way with such wonderful use of the mat to enhance its delicacy. Meticulous satin and couching stitches were used to create this elegant design.
