This tapestry woven scatter shows two panels of trailing flower groups, within borders of swags highlighting red roses. Light blue floral details overall. Beige border and field tones. Feminine and airy in a Rococo style, but reasonably modern. Wool pattern wefts.

Antique Tapestry 18th Century 2’4” x 2’8”.

Strikingly beautiful Mola textile, made all the more eye-catching by the exquisite framing. The frame and matting were perfectly selected to make the textile pop, and it pops indeed. This piece brings to life the phrase that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.

It’s made of a thick fabric and lined on the back in black. There is a rod pocket on the back to hang it by and the rod pictured is included (see photos). Made in USA.
