Our 19th Century English ceramic pitcher, with its hand painted scrolling repeat and clean lines, has a simple elegance that borders on contemporary. At the center – a scrolling blue thread, green fringes with a great dimension of color, and soft caramel leaves. The rims are lined in the same mocha tan, emphasizing the classic shape.

Wonderful Venetian glass pitcher, attributed to Salviati Murano glass. Cranberry tone glass with octagonal body has enamel hand painted Bacchus design. Shows Bacchus making the wine then enjoying a glass and relaxing, maybe a bit drunkenly. Measures 11.5″ tall x 5.25″. Excellent condition, the handle has a light chip where it connects to the pitcher near top.
