Noritake Lusterware candy dish in lovely shades of blue and orange with cutouts

Each of these lovely holders has six curved “arms” to support the fruit, and the top spins freely so you can turn the grapefruit as you eat it. The base has a gentle bowl shape to catch all the lost juice. When not being used to serve grapefruit these could also be used to hold a round or pillar candle, or for other serving or decorative uses. These were an expensive luxury item for their time that few could afford, and amazingly have been allowed to develop a gorgeous natural rainbow patina with many interesting swirls and patterns.

Beautiful and unique hammered copper fondue pot and stand with oil burner, made in West Germany. Original price sticker under lid indicates this set was never used. With original recipe booklet in German.

I appreciate the rarity of these plates. They are unmarked, but there is information out of England (you-tube) about this particular pattern. The border is interesting because the pair of daisies are all in different locations.

Offered is a lovely vintage silver-plated shell dish. It is from England circa 1920. It measures about 8.5″ in diameter and stands 2 1/4″ tall. It has lots of shine, and has copper showing through on some of the higher relief areas from years of polishing. These shell dishes are great to serve shrimp, but I have often used them in bathrooms with little hand towels and soaps!

An antique silent butler made of metal with a turned wooden handle and hinged lid. On top is an ornately cast rocaille appliqué with fans and rope twisted details. To the back, above the wooden handle is a small rococo cast handle for lifting the lid. Originally silent butlers were used for collecting crumbs from a dinner table, the contents of ashtrays, etc., for disposal.
