Offered for sale is an elegant original 1960s brushed steel, bronze, and leather campaign chair designed by Otto Parzinger for Maison Jansen.
The chair is a modern interpretation of a neoclassical folding campaign chair. The frame is brushed steel and fitted with solid bronze finials and paw feet. The leather is original and shows an appropriate patina with a crease in the front but does not show on the back. The frame has a light vintage patina as shown. The chair does fold for transport.
We believe the chair was manufactured in Italy for Mason Jansen of France.
