A fine quality mahogany bookcase in Chinese Chippendale style with overall relief floral carving, This was made in England & dates from around 1800 period.
The quality is fantastic, and is extremely well built.
The broken pediment top with three astragal glazed doors
The base with six drawers and two cupboards. Drawer fronts with scrolling foliage and small pagodas, standing on carved bracket feet.
There is lots of storage space inside, and the top drawers have fine hand cut dovetailed joints.
The condition is excellent and it has a gorgeous overall patina.
