Early 20th century Benson and Hedges mahogany humidor with brass detail in the style of 19th century English campaign furniture. The large mahogany box with galvanized sheet metal liner retaining its felt seal. Benson and Hedges label inside lid identifies the products Benson and Hedges imported, Havana cigars and Turkish cigarettes, as well as where they had retail locations along with the patent date of their humidor of 1901. The lock plate is also stamped Benson and Hedges (there is a key, it fits the lock but does not turn.)
