English chest of drawers, Charles II, late 17th century, made of blond oak and left un-stained, which gives this commode a striking, unique “honey” color. A thin molded top over two top drawers above three long drawers, all having simple paneled fronts with black stained knobs (replacements). The sides are also of a simple double paneled design. The chest of drawers stands on straight stile-feet of unusual height.
