A highly decorative and original piece with turned finials above a moulded and carved back panel, the down swept arms on turned arm supports and a boarded seat with moulded seat rail, on gun barrel forelegs with block feet joined by stretchers
The chair is exactly as you wish to find in, unrestored and unaltered, its held together with pin nails, every single piece is hand sawn and you can see the saw marks most notedly from the underside
We have cleaned waxed and polished it from top to bottom, there is a straight line timber shrinkage split down the middle of the back panel, otherwise it is exactly as it should be
