Late 19th C Red Lacquered Chinese Chippendale Console Table with Three Drawers

This elegant and lovely red lacquered console table is standing on hoof feet, as well as it’s presented with decorative floral decorations on the drawers. This piece has been handmade with a lacquer finish. The table is in good condition. It does show honest use, this is what you would expect from a piece of furniture of age. The front frieze we believe are part of the original design and some of them have been replaced. It does need one at the back which we can replace if the customer requests.

Antique and vintage/used items will show signs of wear which form part of their character. All our items are cleaned thoroughly, then a coat of wax is applied to revive the leather/wood and finally hand polished.
