Contemporary Design
Borromeo 50 in White Carrara marble is part of a set of three marble coffee tables and takes its inspiration from the facade of the 18th-century Baroque Church of San Carlo al Corso, dedicated to St. Charles Borromeo, in the historic center of Noto (SR). In particular, the top, declined in 3 different marbles, echoes the sinuous lines of the concave opening in the highest floor of the church. The truncated conical base of the tables is made of marble and glazed in contrasting colors. Designed in 2021 by designer Salvatore Spataro, the Borromeo coffee tables reinterpret the Sicilian Baroque style in a modern key. Borremeo Coffee Tables by Salvatore Spataro are Made in Italy.
