A very large and important Charles X doré bronze and Chinese Export porcelain jardinière, the exterior of the porcelain finely painted with scrolling cartouches of Scholars in a landscape flanked by birds on branches, the interior w ribbon tied floral garlands and butterflies, with scrolled laurel handles, supported by four finned putti holding floral garlands between dangling bunches of grapes.
