This bench is stunning, its insane to think its over 360 years old and still going strong, the timber has a patina that only honest age and genuine use can create, its like a piece of art and surprisingly, its very comfortable
The sale includes a sales receipt from nearly 50 years ago from Farnborough Antiques, they specialized in antique wood furniture and sculpture
In terms of condition the timber has been lightly cleaned hand condition waxed and hand polished, it has a wonderful period patina to it
