Very Large Burr Yew Wood Office Desk with Timber Patina

We are delighted to offer this very large vintage burr yew wood library desk writing table This is a very grand piece of English country furniture. It has a wonderful timber patina which looks expensive from all angles It is rather monumental both in size and weight, all panels are made up of solid slabs are hard wood. The desk dismantles (and will be transported) in to four pieces, you have the top which is of course one piece, the central stretcher at the top and then two pedestals. They are all secured in place with L metal brackets Condition wise this is a use vintage piece, there are some patination marks around the edges of the table from honest age and use, we have deep cleaned hand condition waxed and hand polished it Dimensions Height:- 78cm Width:- 220cm Depth:- 120cm Please note all measurements are taken at the widest point Condition Please view the very detailed pictures as they form part of the description around condition Please note vintage period and original items such as leather seating will always have natural patina in the form of cracking creasing and wear, we recommend regular waxing to ensure no moisture is lost, also hand dyed leather is not recommended to sit in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time as it will dry out and fade.
